২৬ To win over sufferings you need to go through it 
 [দুঃখ যদি না পাবে তো   দুঃখ তোমার ঘুচবে কবে ]


দুঃখ যদি না পাবে তো
Without going through sufferings,
           দুঃখ তোমার ঘুচবে কবে ?
How can your sufferings end ever ?
বিষকে বিষের  দাহ দিয়ে
Poison has to be burnt to death
            দহন করে মারতে হবে। ১
     By the burning power of poison .


জ্বলতে দে তোর আগুনটারে ,
Allow your fire to rise up in flame
         ভয় কিছু না করিস তারে ,
              Never  fear the fire,
ছাই  হয়ে  সে নিভবে যখন
When it will die out into ashes
      জ্বলবে না আর কভু তবে। ২
It's burning power entirely vanishes.

এড়িয়ে তারে পালাস না রে ,
Never  try to  fly and hide
         ধারা দিতে হোস  না  কাতর।
        Face it going straight ,
দীর্ঘ পথে ছুটে  ছুটে
Running to avoid , through a long race
  দীর্ঘ করিস  দুঃখটা তোর।
  You only prolong your distress .

মরতে মরতে মরণটারে
Dying again and again,
শেষ করে দে একেবারে
Make the death die for evero
তার পারে সেই জীবন এসে
Then only that life will come,
   আপন আসান আপনি  লবে। ৩
And himself take his seat of own .
